The SLC-ANZ is excited to announce that its next members event will be A Conversation with Dr Ed Kruzins. This webinar will take place at 6:00pm AEDT on 25 March 2021.
Dr Ed Kruzins is the immediately past Director of the Canberra Deep Space Communications Complex - a site that forms part of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory's Deep Space Network. The CDSCC is operated by CSIRO.
Dr Kruzins has had experience working on numerous deep space exploration projects during his 9 year tenure as Director of the CDSCC between 2012 and 2021. Dr Kruzins has also previously held roles within the Australian Department of Defence and BAE.
Join the SLC-ANZ for a conversation with Dr Kruzins, covering his role at the CDSCC, the range of activities being conducted by the CDSCC, international cooperation and the major risks associated with operating the CDSCC (including spectrum management, airspace deconfliction and, data privacy and protection).
